Place the Multi Base Driver onto the abutment and unscrew the first part of the abutment.

Use your prosthetic driver to unscrew the abutment screw. 

If you still have the original abutment handle, place it onto the abutment and remove the abutment from the mouth. (When doing this, always use a throat-pack).

This handle will make it easier to replace the abutment once the try-in is finished.
